We champion initiatives that instil literacy and teach people to turn what they learn—through reading books and other forms of media—into value creation that benefits the lives of others.
We believe this skill will be increasingly essential in the near future as AI automation replaces most, if not all, jobs. Some experts say there will be an explosion of wealth, resulting in a universal social income for every human being, wiping away poverty.
However, humans need to feel useful, and without work they will lose their sense of purpose. To replace that loss, we believe the answer is understanding the concept of value creation and becoming a value creator.
Our mission is to spread the concept of value creation and the benefits of reading to those who need it most—people from ethnic minorities and low socio-economic backgrounds, as we believe they will be hit first and hardest by the AI revolution.

What we do
Distribute free personal-development books and deliver talks on the concept of value creation.
How it works
We engage people from ethnic minorities and low socio-economic backgrounds on high streets, in shopping centres, via online live sessions, and through structured talks in venues. At each event or conversation we:
• explain the concept of value creation and how to use it—together with AI tools—to improve life and increase happiness and self-esteem;
• give a free copy of our current personal development book to those who want a deeper understanding of value creation and to begin their journey as value creators.
